new tools framework: ed2k_python

ed2k_python is a framework for reading and/or manipulating .part.met files of the edonkey2000 and Overnet file-sharing programs (these files contain the meta-information about ongoing downloads), written in python.

ed2k_shutdown 0.1 has been releasd.

ed2k_shutdown is a little tool to cleanly shutdown an eDonkey2000 or Overnet command line client (core) running in GUI mode. This is useful for people who want to shutdown and restart their core automated, for instance via a cron job.

ed2k_hash 0.3.3 has been releasd.

Major changes:

there is a windows version now, including a windows GUI, thanks to Jerome Laheurte

memory leaks fixed
